Steve has led leadership development efforts in the faith-based non-profit sector for 17 years, and in 2009 added consulting to his work. Over time this has evolved into TwelveRock Associates, serving a diverse group of clients in business, healthcare, higher ed, and non-profit organizations.

Steve is a trusted consultant and entrepreneur with a background in business and non-profit contexts. Steve draws on nearly 20 years of experience as an organizational leader, consultant, entrepreneur, and 2-time author.
Steve loves helping leaders discover, communicate, and build their deeply-held values into every level of their organizations.
Steve is a certified coach (AAC) and is a Certified Partner in Talent Optimization with The Predictive Index. He holds an M.Div from Westminster Theological Seminary.
